	Dear Gary & staff, Just to say many thanks for all you have done to help me through the bad time of the late Alan's passing. I was glad to have had time to say my farewells those two times, as he did look so peaceful. The family and friends were pleased of the service, and how you all were so kind and very helpful. What pleased me as well was when driving past our house the lollipop lady stopped whilst we went by! Thank you all once again for all your kindness and help - which has been a great help to me. 	We would like to say thanks for the way you arranged everything to do with my Dad's David Meechan's funeral. My mother really appreciated the little touches, such as walking in front of the hearse, bowing to the coffin and giving my Dad's ring back in a lovely box. Everything was slick and professional, yet very personal. We truly felt nothing was too much trouble, and your people skills are amazing. Many thanks Carol, Lukas & Hayley x
