	Dear Mark We would like you to know how much we was grateful for the care and compassion you showed in arranging the funeral for Baby Harley Stan Havercroft. Nothing was too much trouble and all the finishing touches you thought about made the day so special, like the music been played in the churchyard. You are a credit to the company. You dealt with every request made, no matter how big or small, words cannot express how much what you did meant to us. Keep up the good work, your support and understanding meant everything.
