	ZWART Jacqueline (Jackie) Sadly passed away after a courageous and stubborn fight on the 13th August 2010, aged 63 years. She was a devoted mother to Kathleen, Richard and Melanie, mother-in-law to Neil and Amanda, fun loving matma to Poppy, Jacob, Ellie and Becky, dear sister to Maureen, Linda, Margaret, Karl, Gerard, Debbie and the late Peter, loving sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt and friend who will be sadly missed by all.
