Every year Sentiments sponsor many good causes with a special one each year and for 2009/2010 we have nominated the local"When you wish upon a star"
We are hoping to raise £125,000 so that we can send 100 very poorly children to visit Santa in Lapland this December and for thirty families and their sick children to have a five day break at Center Parc's, Sherwood Forest. This five day break will give the families of the children some quality time together away from the hospital. We want the week to be filled with fun and adventures for the children and their families, an unbelievable holiday to remember.
Some of these children don't have very long with us and having a wish granted for them really does give these children something to look forward to. The trip to Lapland will cost in the region of £65,000.00 and the trip to Center Parc's around £60,000,00. Please watch the video below to see the fun these children had last year and how you can help for them to have a as much fun this year.
Our personal dream is to make this happen for as many poorly children as possible while they still have some quality of life left to enjoy the experience.
