I can’t thank you enough for the top class treatment you gave us.
Judy & John Simmonds (Lt. Margaret Russell)
Myself, Jacob and Beth would like to thank yourself and Sentiments for such professionalism in carrying out our wishes for the funeral of my wonderful wife and their beautiful mother, Alison.
Your care and attention to detail made a very hard day very comforting for us.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sentiments to family and friends in the future.
Many Thanks and respect
We cannot put into words how helpful you have been. It means a great deal to us all that things happened quickly to lay lovely Bill to rest and enable us to get on celebrating Christmas with our grandchildren and family, the way he would of wanted us to do.
Lots of love

Words cannot express enough thanks for the care and compassion shown to us when Mam died. You came to do a funeral visit and witnessed myself and my sister fight and argue but did not judge. When Dad explained I was going back to the Midlands the day after, you took the time to prepare Mam so I could see her at peace and not like the image of her in hospital gown with mouth open.
As a Nurse in Palliative Care, I see a great deal of funeral directors, I’ve attended many funerals of patients. I have to say I hope all families are treated with the excellent, caring service that we received, this funeral was different, it was Mam, from the time you came to visit to getting in the funeral car to go to the Crem, throughout that time you showed respect and dignity to Mam, still can’t believe you stepped out on to the main road and are still alive!
I just wanted to express myself, how caring, kind and respectful you were to me, was hard to take off the Staff Nurse head and put on one of a grieving daughter.
I’d recommend you to anyone, in fact Dad and I have even discussed his funeral plans! I’m sure you will get his business.
Again, thank you, but it doesn’t seem adequate enough.
